Absolutely abysmal shocking customer…

Absolutely abysmal shocking customer service. They just keep moving the goal post, no response to your complaint. As a vulnerable person they have no concern whatsoever for you. I contacted Shell in June and the complaint is still unresolved. If you try to call them you just wait for hours and get knowhere, waiting to get this complaint resolved and then I can leave this appalling company. All the profits they make but they treat people like animals.

Useless Smart meter technology and hopeless troubleshooting support from Shell Energy.

I have been in contact with Shell for weeks now to sort out my Smart meter and in-house display. Phone calls and emails. In a loop where they keep telling me to restart the IHD, and then email some more photos of it then not working. Astonishingly bad product and service.
I would suggest that you not bother having a Smart meter installed by Shell or SMSplc. It is clearly a non-functional piece of technology, that will frustrate and significantly waste your time.

Useless I have been trying for two mo ths to get credit on my account. I was told I would receive three months free. Despite numerous e mails telephone calls and reassurances from staff. I am now re ei long threatening e mails regarding my credit rating g although they owe me money.

This firm is really bad.i was with green star which i only went with brcause i listened to martin lewis show an did a google comparison search. i couldn’t get hold of customer service which got me in debt.i then found out that greenstar is part of shell energy.i got a payment plan to start repaying the debt an i have been for over a year.the £400 cost of living payment which i am entilied to for me to use to help all of us out they are keeping an taken it off my debt.which i think is not right.if i wasnt paying the debt off i would expect it to be taken.cusomer service do not listen or do their job.they do not reply to emails sent why isnt anyone investergating this firm. no wonder its making 8 billion its keeping the cost of living payments

I thought Shell brand will bring…

I thought Shell brand will bring credibility to First Utility, but nothing has changed. Rather, their customer service has gone bad to worse. I have been struggling to follow up with customer service on my issue regarding tariff adjustment, but there is no response. Even their escalation mechanism doesn’t work.

Awful terrible company

Awful terrible company, have had issues with them for well over a year now. Each time you speak to a person you get told something different. Months go by and issues do not get resolved. The amount of time I’ve had to spend contacting them and providing information to them is ridiculous. Any contact with them leaves me angry and frustrated.
