Post Office broadband to join Shell Energy

We’re excited to announce that we’ve signed a deal to purchase Post Office’s broadband and telephony business. We plan to complete the deal over the next few months, which means welcoming over 450,000 new broadband customers into the Shell Energy family.
Once the deal is complete, we’ll start moving Post Office customers over to Shell Energy, where they can expect no interruptions to their service, no changes to contract pricing, and a world of new benefits. This includes exclusive savings on fuel and more with the Shell Go+ loyalty app. In the meantime, Post Office customers will see no change to their service.
“Awful company. They constantly and relentlesly harassed my elderly, vulnerable mother to force her to have a smart meter fitted (which she didn’t want or need). Bullying, abusive, tactics were used (constant phone calls/emails/untruths, rude calls) , I was starting legal action before they finally stopped. SHAME ON YOU SHELL ENERGY!!!”
