I feel very ripped off since shell took…

I feel very ripped off since shell took over first utility,  Would not recommend to anyone, Fixed tariffs! very high standard charges, Happy now my contract has come to an end, And forget there broadband.

Broadband not adequate

Needed faster broadband than sky. Shell informed me I wouldn’t need any boosters and would suit my needs after telling them exactly how many devices, TVs, phones we are using, plus I work at home in the day. The speed was actually less than my old provider. The buffering is awful amd speed too slow. I rang the same day it went live to cancel under the cooling off period. Apparently I am out of my cooling off period as the 14 days started from when I ordered from them. It took them 16 days to install it. How do I know if it’s right for me? I complained and was on the phone for 3 hours, was cut off twice and at the end of the 3 hours, had not resolved anything. The terms and conditions and cooling off period was provided on a link on an email which is not a durable medium.
I feel it was mid sold to me. I’m now having to fight my case plus wait for a better broadband provider until 12 Oct. so inconvenient and so misleading. I will not use them again for anything or recommend.
They need to use their discretion more

Unfortunately the promise from Sarah of a phone call back on that day didn’t materialised -waited all day and evening! On Monday a person called Mohamed phoned -however I was in hospital with a fractured ankle, Tuesday I was too ill to speak to anybody -yesterday I send an email to the address from Monday’s email -got an automated email back: we are very busy and so on -no call back until now! If I call their customer service line, I’m afraid they just will fob me off -like they did in the beginning of the whole episode! When will this nightmare end?????

If i could i wont give any star.Trying to sort issue out for year and no results.They make on my accaunt estimate debit when i been providing metter readings.Cant even recalculate properly .Tired to sort out this.THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THEY JOB PROPERLY.they even wont let me to switch for other company.They want me to pay debt based on estimated bill.Dont fall for this scamer company

Sky got expensive so decided to switch via Topcashback to reduce monthly costs, Shell denying switch took place through Topcashback so I am stuck with an expensive and to be frank a poor Internet service for the next 18 months, be aware of this provider
